Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

How GrappleHub Works

GrappleHub is designed for parents, guardians, and coaches to track the wrestling performance of athletes, including minors. Account holders must be 18 years of age or older. The app is not intended for children to use directly.

Information About Minor Athletes

When parents or guardians create wrestler profiles for their children, the following information may be stored:

• Wrestler's first name (last name is not required)
• Age, grade level, and weight class
• Competition level (Youth, High School, College, Open)
• Match results, scores, and tournament history
• Optional match videos

This information is entered and controlled by the parent/guardian account holder, not by the minor directly.

COPPA Compliance

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All data about minor athletes is provided by their parents or guardians who hold the account.

• Account holders must be 18+: Only adults may create and maintain GrappleHub accounts
• Parental control: Parents/guardians control all data about their minor children
• No direct collection from minors: Children do not create accounts or input their own data
• Parental rights: Parents can review, modify, or delete their children's data at any time

If a Child Creates an Account

Videos of Minors

If you upload match videos containing minors, you represent that you have the legal authority to record and store those videos (e.g., you are the parent/guardian of the minor depicted, or you have obtained appropriate consent).
